Many swings in this price range are single hook swings. Being a dual hook swing, this is wider. It makes it a lot more comfortable in your hips. Yeah, I have hips and it makes a big difference. For most things, I only use a dual hook swing.
Additionally, this swing is constructed with a 1/2 inch medium density foam. This makes it a lot more comfortable than others that are made with a 1/4 inch (or thinner) neoprene foam.
Of course, like any swing, you are not going to want to forget to add the headrest. It makes all the difference.
